How Do I schedule an initial pick-up?
To schedule an initial pick-up or any additional pick-ups or deliveries, email service@AndisBasement.com.

What Do I need to include in my email?
In the email, please indicate the item or items requested for pick-up or delivery, the specific location for pick-up or delivery, and the timeframe for delivery. When selecting a time-frame, please list three options in rank order to allow for scheduling.

What are the time-frames for pick-up?
Pick-ups and delivery can be made during off-hours, which we hope is convenient for our customers who work during normal work hours. Pick-ups and deliveries are offered during the following weekday evening windows or weekend windows:
Five Weekday Evening Windows Options:
Monday - Friday, 6pm - 8pm
Four Weekend Windows Options:
Saturday, 12pm - 2pm
Saturday, 2pm - 4pm
Sunday, 12pm - 2pm
Sunday, 2pm - 4pm

What items are accepted? Are there any items you will not accept?
In general, the item needs to be able to fit in the trunk of a Honda Accord. The weight limit 50 pounds. See the acceptable items for a general list of recommended and prohibited items.

How does the Photo Inventory concept work? How do I access my photos?
After each pick-up, each item is photographed and input into a personal photo inventory. A photo will be attached to the invoice. There are no charges for the photo inventory.

How much does Andi's Basement cost?
The pricing model is simple:
$10 monthly storage fee per item stored
$20 pick-up fee for each pick-up
$20 delivery fee for each delivery

How do I pay for the storage? How do I pay for a pickup or delivery?
When the pick-up occurs, Blue Ocean Services (parent company of Andi's Basement) will send an electronic invoice that can be paid via credit card. While pickups and deliveries will be a one-time charge, storage charges will be automatically re-occurring on a monthly basis based on the pick-up of the first item.
